Kids Quest designs can be ordered in standard sizes displayed below description of the product or can be custom made according to your Prince/Princess' measurements. If you wish to order any of the products displayed all you have to do is to write to us on our email address.

CUSTOM TAILORING

Custom made children's clothing is the best way to get a perfect fit for your child. All children come in different shapes and sizes as much as their personality. As parents we do not have much difficulty if our child fits the standard sizes available in the market. Things only get difficult or trickier if you have a child that seems to be between sizes or if your child is smaller, taller, larger or wider than the standard sizing charts.

Custom made tailoring is a necessity if your child is a 5 years waistline yet significantly taller than the average child so that long dresses become knee length or long pants become capris on his/her frame.

Our services are for those mums/dads who wish to order specific items and sizes for their children.

All you the have to do if you are at places like New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida is to visit our showroom or if you are anywhere else in India or abroad you could send us some critical measurements for your child as per the order or send us any of the original garment which fits your kids the best and we shall patten it out and duly return it with your order. Once you mail us your request for tailoring at info@kidsquest.co.in, we shall, based on your requirements ask you for few body measurements for your girl or boy. Based on them, we shall custom tailor the product.

In case you wish we can tailor any product of your choice which you might have seen on the net or a magazine. All you have to do for this is to mail us the photo and we shall, subsequently, offer you options for approval prior to tailoring and find you the closest possible fabric available in the market.

Unfortunately, special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

DELIVERY AND SERVICES

• Good service is paramount and we always put our customer needs first.
• Our aim is to deliver great products at affordable prices and the kind of service you will appreciate and come back to.
• All products are couriered and once order is placed delivery is sent via courier only upon receipt of payment.
• Price displayed include VAT and we have a flat delivery rate of Rs 150.00 per garment to anywhere in India.
• Delivery time is between 7-10 working days from order confirmation and payment receipt, and special custom tailoring order 10-15 days after all approvals and receipt of payment.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please return our email acknowledging receipt of your order stating your wish to modify or cancel.

If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size you may cancel your order at any time during the cancellation period. The cancellation period commences on the date you receive the acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the 7th working day following the receipt of merchandise by you, or in case of gifts, the person who received them in event of returns, exchanges or cancellations, we require that you return the new unused goods to us in their original packaging with all original labeling attached, ensuring there are no marks on item or anywhere on the tags. Kids Quest will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's cost. Kids Quest is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

REFUNDS

Refunds to you for undamaged and correctly returned goods will be made within 2-3 working days of the date of return items are received by Kids Quest via payment gateway duly couriered. (excluding delivery charges and recovery costs).
